Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all paid Blinkspeed purchases made through blinkspeed.ai by customers worldwide. It covers new Solo and Agency plan licenses, plan upgrades, and annual renewals of the Blinkspeed WordPress speed optimization plugin. The Free plan is not covered, because it involves no payment. Refund requests must come from the account holder who made the original purchase. Each request is handled through our contact page.

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Our team doesn’t offer a trial version of the Blinkspeed plugin. If the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund you within 15 days of your original purchase.
A couple of small points:

• We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
• Refunds may only be issued within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days no refunds can be processed.
• Refunds also apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
